.ini file to change standart setup of cars?

Hello guys

would like to know if there is an easy way to modify standart setups of cars (steering lock, steering whell rotation, tyre pressure, etc) in some kind of .ini files. I'm not a modder, so I mean a simple thing, for instance by opening the file with notepad?

For not to charge the same saved setup at each time I start a race.

You can save your custom setup and then add it to favourites: the game will then load it automatically next time you load that car on that track.

I'm having to set the favorite every time I enter a new track. Is it how it's supposed to be?

Same as heitor, it's would be wonderfull to save a favourite setup as "base setup" for each car that can be kept for all tracks.

I've converted some rfactor mods for private use with hundred of cars inside and steering lock are all wrong.

The base setup of the cars are pretty good. Just minor changes for comfort level and specific tracks.
