Increasing laps single player mode

Can someone tell me what file I would edit to change the amount of laps during a single player race?
Before I could get maybe 20+ laps as an option now every track has only 10 laps. Can this be edited somewhere?

Fuel usage off.
Now you can race up to 30 laps.

If it's a modded car, it needs its fuel range listed to ui_car.json before it can run more than 10 laps with fuel enabled. The units are 'km it can run at racing pace' so eg. the Ferrari 312T has range:"320" in ui_car.json which means it can run 65 laps at Imola (4.9km circuit) - AC rounds down to 64 just for some margin.
