F1 2012 Increase AI difficulty level

I am trying to find how to increase my AI diffoculty level. I am new to F! 2012, and started my career at "Amateur", and have progressed to the point that it is way too easy. Can I increase the AI difficulty level without having to restart my career? (I was thinking I would race year 1 on Amateur, then year 2 on Intermediate, Year 3 on Pro, etc).

I am playing on xBox, if that makes any difference.

You can always change to a higher ai level.
You won't have to start a new career when you switch from intermediate to pro or legend

Where do I make the change? I have searched thru the menus but can't find this option. I apprecaite any help you can give me.

between every race, you see your team mate stats next to you (ranking, 1st or 2nd driver...etc), there, down on the right, you can adjust game settings.
