added filter with less bright clouds

• added filter with less bright clouds - ILP_darker_clouds
• headlights at dusk now brighter
• a few more minor edits

If the clouds are too bright for you, use the ILP_darker_clouds filter.
But on some tracks like laguna_seca or black_cat_county the clouds will be too dark with this filter. On such tracks , it is better to use an ILP filter.

I tried all the filters that come with pure 0.142, and after a little tweaking, you can achieve a much better image than with my filter option.
I recommend trying pureCandy or pureHDR-EYE filters.
Finally I can just enjoy the game instead of all these endless attempts to improve something here and there.

Fixes and improvements

• fixed too dim lighting at night
• adaptation when looking at the sun - the image will be more contrasting
• Tweaked VAO settings so trees aren't too black at noon
• reduced ambient level for all cases where it was too bright
• a few more minor fixes and improvements
• added "ILP_glare" filter if you want more sun glare during the day
• added filters for darker or brighter clouds
• removed ILP_warm and ILP_bright_day filters, if you use them, please switch to another filter...

• the sunlight became brighter especially noticeable in the evening
• more realistic lighting when looking at the sun
• increased car display brightness
• increased night lighting
• slightly reduced lens flare brightness
• slightly increased brightness of specular reflections
• and many other improvements

Final polish

• slightly balanced the level of sunlight between noon and sunset, now the sunset is not so bright, and the day is a little more sunny
• returned the settings of the VAO to default. Unfortunately the trees will be a bit darker (which I don't like), but everything else still looks better.
• added some brightness to the clouds, because in the afternoon the clouds were too dull for some weather
