Hungaroring - Track Update

After watching this years race I noticed the barriers were two-toned blue and tried to make it look the same

Also saw this year that Allianz adverts replaced DHL and so I have made that change.

Finally you get a new podium, it appears to be in a very bright spot of the track but still worth doing, and some changes to the flags as I am bored with seeing the British, Spanish and German flags

Hope the changes are OK.
