How to set individual Race-Events?

1. - 3. Is it still possible to add some individual raceEvents inside the trackinfo-file (*.gdb) as seen in other games?
Because so you can make a more realistic race. Or you can drive like the real race again.
I tried but without any effect (maybe just an exception :tongue...
