F1 2010 How to make a screenshot

Yes, yes, I know how stupid this sounds but after reading the manual, having google search it and no real hits, .... where the f... is the screenshot key/button for the pc version ?

Alt + prtscr yes, but other games have an inside function to do this.

thanks, I will try Fraps, I just thought there was a F1 2010 screenshot function inside the game. For example an F12 or whatever.
