How to get the free Formula RaceRoom DLC?

Hi - I managed to pick up Race 07 cheap on Greenman Gaming (for £1.80!) and thought I would be able to get the free Formula RaceRoom DLC for it somewhere, but can't see anywhere to get this (I even tried registering on the www.raceroom.com site, but still can't see how to get this. Any suggestions?

I don't want to have to buy the Race Injecton DLC pack (which does include this), as already have Race 07 and am not interested in the other DLC. Thanks!
