How to get Strobe Light from SafetyCar?

I have my own POLICE custom skin..
and also got SafetyCar mod.

However, How can i get the Strobe Light to my Police Car?
Is there any possible way to adjust it?

Actually, i'm not a programer nor know nothing about modding.
Plaeas give me some tips to make it.

I have tried again with my DTM POLICE skin and E90 skin
but as you see, my DTM is something looks clumsy..OTL
I think, because the randering not fits to 320si E90.

I just watched STC some league Vids~ It's really fantastic!!
and also awesome skins of cars~!! and there works SafetyCars
