How to create two pitstops for me and AI?

If i use FM to race with 50 laps, how i can create 2 pit-stop as F1 for me and AI cars?

Increase fuel use to x2 or x3, also tyre wear, check on mandatory pit stop

There's a bug with mandatory pit stops:

Since the rule states they must change at least two tires, the AI only change two tires....even if they need all four.

In other words, with mandatory pit stops enabled, the AI will never change more than two tires no matter what the conditions
