F1 2016 How do I increase FPS on a low end PC?

Hi, I'm just wondering if anybody knows if there is a way to increase the games FPS on a low end PC?

Yes, get a better PC.

In all seriousness; you simply have to turn down the graphic options one by one until you get desired performance. Maybe simple upgrades would help, but typically these things require better GPU and CPU and more RAM for optimal, stutter and lag free performance.
