How are Downloads, Racing Clubs and Premium Memberships handled?

You won't lose any benefits for sure. In the process of adding and joining features, we are investigating restructuring the premium accounts. We will be very careful to make sure you will only profit from this step. We are not planning on taking any features away, only adding to it to improve your experience.

Were there any guarantees or commitments in writing about maintaining downloads and with regards to modder independence given Porsche's Overtake involvement?

Storage and bandwidth must be one of the biggest costs here

It would be an early obvious cost-cutting measure to boost profits

This merger sounds very interesting but has me worried about the download section on Racedepartment. Will things stay the same? Or is there going to be new rules put in place. I'd hate to see the tens of thousands of skins and mods vanish just like countless other sim racing communities mod sections have in the past there is so much content here.
