Horrible stutters/lags in replay mode.

I just tried to watch a replay from the last online race but i'm experiencing lots of stuttering and lagging. It happens in replay mode only and it's so bad that a replay is unwatchable. The same happening with previous replays (from tuesday races). I don't remember having such issues before, on my previous pc build. My current system is i5 6600K OC@4.4, 16GB DDR4 RAM and GTX 1060 with fresh installation of Windows 7.
Unfortunately i don't have any old replays so can't compare. Does anybody have an idea what can cause those issues?

Hi Piotr, sorry for the problems you're having. Try heading over to the sector3 forums or discord channel when you can contact the helpdesk and get on the road to sorting this out.
