Homemade F1 wheel

just paint right now, but i will coat the handles with rubber next week.

Much more to do to the wheel, but i thought I'd mount it temporarily and try it out.

Guys, this was really easy. You all could do it. I just took a dremel with a sanding wheel and started shaping it--took no skill.

The rubber is Plasti Dip spray. Just sparyed it on like normal paint but it is much thicker. Also very easy to do.

You've given me the inspiration to now make a GT wheel....I can handle a jigsaw and a dremel tool and have lots of patients and time...a project in my spare time....well done.

Can we have some description on the wiring and back of the wheel? I have begun an MDF wheel but i'm currently trying to sort out the wire routing.
