Heusinkveld pedals

Hello, I'm trying to set up my wheel and pedals with raceroom.
My wheel (OSW) seems to calibrate fine, my pedals on the other hand won't. For some reason I can only map the brake pedal in primary functions, but my throttle and clutch won't register.
I'm using Heusinkveld Pro pedals. Anyone know what the problem might be?

had a similar problem with my clutch, not recognized one diview, they sent me a new pedal, the support is amazing

How did yuou get your wheel to calibrate fine without feeling like crap?
I'm sure there must be a lot more settings that need to be changed because just having the ability to turn left or right is a long stretch from it being an enjoyable experience.
Appreciate if you could direct me to where I might find settings for in game and MMOs

Hello, I have the same issue, in iRacing it works but in RaceRoom only the gas pedals is recognized. No clue how to solve it

Strange. My HE Pro's work fine in all my sims. I did calibrate them using diView software.

I'm was having the same issue here, the brake pedal was recognized but the gas pedal or clutch was not. Pedals work fine in iRacing and Asserto Corsa. I used DIView to calibrate my pedals, all pedals was recognized by Raceroom once calibrated. There are videos on youtube with step by step process of calibration.
