Help with setting up a simple driving mode

Hello everyone, how are you? If anyone can help me. I'm wanting to create a Twitch virtual game where my followers control a car on a drag race track. A command they send, for example !drive, will accelerate the car, and if they send me some bits (a gift), the car would use a nitro boost. As I am a novice, I am having difficulty in using a powerful car just by accelerating it, even with automatic transmission. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to control this car in a very simple way? (I understand that AC is a simulator), but I have seen a streamer using the car exactly in this way, just accelerating and using a "turbo".

My problem is with shifting gears, even in automatic configuration. As for the drag strip, I already have it.

Regarding the automation, I know how to do it, the real issue is how to set up the car to only accelerate (ignoring gear shifting, etc). Another question is how he manages to have an infinite track, because I have the same track and it's only 20km long.
