Hi. For all fans of "Dirt Rally" helps to search "modders" of tracks of Dirt Rally, you can open the path of the tracks with "3dsimed" I have no knowledge to edit beyond the textures, I think that based on the tracks by default you can change the route, I even think new tracks.
