Help missing lollipop man

Lollipop man is missing though the tire crew are visible I already verified the files with steam as well as checked the track adjustments it's still not working I even copied the file from my back-up still not working. But when I open the pit crew in objects3d the model appears.

There is a setting in CSP to allow not to have lollipop man in some conditions.

I've already unticked the button to hide pit crew in trackday & in practice it still doesn't show up even on weekend and race.
