Has every Grand Prix it's own camera team?

After watching the qualification of the US GP yesterday I was wondering if every GP round has its own director and camera crew.

Normally you see pretty much all the racing from close detail but in Austin I only saw far distance shots with lots of zooming in and out, tons of celebrity shots in pitboxes and other stuff that just felt way off compared to other grand prix'.

Due to the bad camera work the qualification was by far the most boring one of the year as I could hardly recognize any of the cars.

If I recall it correctly, it's always done by FOM except the Japanese Grand Prix, which used to be done by Fuji TV, but this year FOM did that too.
But I suppose this means there is a possibility it was done by the locals this time around.
