It just enables ABS, ESP and TCS for every drivable vehicle (yes including kekmet).

Seems a bit fishy, who would be able to develop a mod that does a decent job, while at the same time not being able to write a proper description? What exactly does this mod do? Any values, etc?

That's why I asked especially for numbers and stuff.
