smoother road and retexture

-Smooth road suface with 70% less weird bumps on corners
-improved road textures and object textures (keeping the same resolution)
-added more trees
-capped road and terrain holes
-terrain and object changes
-giant wall at the end now is transparent
-double sided road fence
-added skid marks
-added track map by Blackwood91

known issues:

- 5 to 8% less cpu performance than previous update
-pits are bumpy
