Finally broke my Big Capri jinx by making it more than 3 laps into a race.

It's definitely fast that big Capri, but it surprised me a few times as things got hotter/worn etc. It seemed to be a more "sudden" degradation, less progressive. But it was an experience to drive it in the race.

R2 in the 906 was slightly different, I knew the 906, but took too many liberties with it - was the architect of my own downfall. I was as fast in the Porsche as I was in the Capri, but was overdriving it.

Now i realise what was good about my week... GTL....
Since Ive been been laid up Ive been keeping an eye on the forums..
This is one of the few places in the whole of RD where i can see there is a true bond between racers ...
there is no condescending remarks no body is trying for ultimate rule ...
