GTA Vice City Lighting Mod + GrassFX - Adds lighting to GTA VC map mod.

This mod adds lighting to old Vice City conversion you can find on Internet, for example here:

Preview:

Bear in mind, map is old and ground meshes are quite harsh for your suspension. Map is suitable mainly for calm cruising

Additional changes:
- GrassFX
- different surfaces
- more realistic water
