GSC game wont boot....

Guys when booting my game in Windows 7 I get this error message...

Any suggestions how to make my game run?

@ Alex and the Reiza guys...
I got to the bottom of the problem.. I got the game running by following your instructions.. Teh game ran fine after inputing my key...

I then went and installed Alex's three tracks... no issue.

I then went and installed the released Jerez de la Frontera track that I found... Error 513! Deleted Jerez from locations and wullah! GSC ran fine again....

Has anyone else found this error before?

Please ensure your installing the GSC version of Jerez not the rFactor version. And if you did install the rFactor version please delete any files present in GameData\Shared other than coreshaders.mas

i have the same problem here , game wont boot and error message ( Error 513 ...) , W7 X64 fresh instal after hardware upgrade ,
none of the above solutions worked.

Did you try with suppressing the hidden directory then re-install?
