F1 2010 Get a better car to start your career

I noticed yesterday that when you already achieved some experience points (hotlapping and other stuff) and you restart your career you can start with a better team. I am now driving race 1 in my career for Force India instead of HRT/Virgin/Lotus

I think I'll stick to the bad car for my first season - give me a fast car and I'll just crash it more.

I mean, some of you have seen me trying to drive the Aston at Le Mans after all *grins*
