Game locking up

ive had it today where ull be on a server for hours as i was with the full field server 2 and all of a suddern every 1 disapers what is causing this as its just naffed my race up and i was getting better and better too

well this is it if i was allowed once i have exited teh locked up room i can re-enter as it still apears on my server list with a reasonable ping
