G25 Shifter damaged

Hi

I have the Logitech G25 wheel.
After playing a lot GT Legends with H-shifter, my sequential shifter does not work properly anymore. Sometimes only I slight touch moves 2-3 gears which is really annoying.

I don't have warranty anymore so to repair it is not worth it I think.

Had somebody similar issues and could repair it.
Otherwise what are the alternatives ?
maybe a single sequential shifter ?

I don't want to buy the G27 as I like the h-shifter from the G25.

Hi

Look on e-bay, there is quite often a guy on there selling brand new G25 shifters for around £40. worth a look

no luck on ebay yet

but maybe there are some single sequential shifter which are better anyway.
some suggestions ?

ACT Labs RS shifter is apparently very good, about 120USD from memory.

Otherwise, it's off to the shed for some DIY work.

If you want a new H pattern, these are apparently very good. You could still use your G25 gearbox for sequential and all the buttons. If you ever need a new sequential, the only one I can think of is the Frex one and it isn't cheap.

actually the H-shifter works still fine. Just the sequential shifter is damaged.

So I will have a look at the Frex shifter. (Frex things look awesome anyway

)

Just for the record.

I demounted the g25 shifter this weekend. I think the springs were little bit not in the right place.
So I readjusted the springs and mounted it together again and viola. Works like a charm.

Btw. this helped me to see how to demount the shifter.
