Is there any reason why only the grass immediately next to the track is in 3D? The blurred grass texture a little further away would look a gazillion times better with 3D grass applied to that too.

I was surprised at how much more of a response I got than I expected.
Thanks to Virtua_LM for making the mod, and to everyone who played it.

In future updates, the

and other updates.

Stay tuned!
That’s great news. I notice that the road surface texture needs attention. It’s a little featureless and dull at the moment.

Thank you for sharing your work with us. This track is an old favourite.

Thanks for the update!

The bottom of the grandstand has a missing part, and also could we get a roof maybe?

Loving the track!

I'm surprised I've seen no comments about it, but this tracks needs a separate physics mesh other than the low poly surface. Else, those fast corners will remain very bumpy. :)

Using alpha_blend instead of alpha_test for skid marks would get rid of the dithering over the surface, the performance penalty would be negligible.

There are a few textures that need to be adjusted, so they can blend better with the adjacent green (grass) around them. xsnda.dds on SANDXSND (after it's sorted, it can be added to the grass fx list), grass_row.dds are examples, and prking.dds too, but that's secondary.

Hope to see this track getting improved, cheers!

Excellent thanks! Glad to see the grand stand fixed.

To me, most of the trees seem a bit dark? Also some of them flicker and it is quite distracting. I can't remember if this was the case with the old version.

Thanks for the updates - great track.
I'm getting weird reflections on some of the glass buildings in VR (CSP version 0.1.73) - it's like a totally different image is being rendered in each eye, creating an odd holographic effect. Not sure how these look in 2D or whether it's just a VR thing?
Also, a couple of the tree walls might need trimming, some of their tops have horizontal lines that look a bit like telegraph cables. The ones to the right of the 'Fuji Speedway' gantry on the main s/f straight have this, also the ones in front when approaching turn 3 (from memory).
Thanks again. :)
