F1 2011 Fuel managment

Hey I wondered, I am racing 50% and in Practice u get to choose how much fuel you want to run. I am always trying high fuel runs to see how the car behaves and how tyres degrade, therefore a question arouse, since I don't how much fuel to put. For example race is 58 laps. I race 50% so should fuel for 29 laps when I am trying high fuel runs or 58? If I am racing 50% race it is logical for me to run 29 lap fuel, but it allows you to run more.

if you look at the engine screen before the race it says there is 58 laps of fuel in your car for the start of the race. so im guessing you start with 58 laps of fuel and would us use twice the amount of fuel each lap.
