Okay I started everything from scratch and did a couple of laps, that seems to have solved the problem, if anyone gets the chance hop on and let me know if it's still okay.

As I said I ran a couple of laps with no issues so I don't understand why that's happened.
I can't go back on the boss lady's giving me the look had my allotted time for the day.

I just tried the server, I had ten laps without (server) hickup.

( A friend will not ask how many of these laps were valid, frigging understeer )

So no idea what Gremlin is chasiing william there

Yeah, I rarely have problems with R3E now it's acting like Gizmo took a bath

I can only try to join practice later and hope for the best but it's clearly something on my side that probably won't be resolved until I find it.

Or it rained in RaceRoom, which isn't meant to happen.

Been on with no problems 33ms ping. Worrying.
As an update, when I quit it froze my pc and had to reboot.

gotta take what you can from these things.... took us several weeks to figure out the foibles in AMS2 and get it running smoothly (touch wood!)

So, that wasn`t too bad

for a bunch of 12yearolds

on a public server

on GranTourismo

Only advantage ( was it??) was that this car is built like a tank and that not every punt ended the race of the punted.

Things didn´t go smoothly on the server side but we couldn´t expect that as it was labeled as an experiment

I´d be up for another experiment if we all ( me included) could agree to be a lot more cautious with regard to the "personal space" of our fellow racers.

For the record, I absolutely do not like to be punted and divebombed in the practice session.

We all had our troubles with this "honorary FWD racecar" though not everybody was glancing of his fellow racers like a "squirrel on drugs" ( this is a literarary quote from the chat)
