fps issue

ive recently reset my pc to free up space
ive got a 5800x 6800xt 32gb ram didnt have any issues before the reset now ive got the game with content manger everything is the same as before but im stuck at 20 fps when i was around 300-400 before the reset anyone got any idea what is causing this issue
i dont overclock at all nor do i undervolt

ive disabled general patch settings and fps is fine back to where it was before
but i cant run really any car mods because they all require csp to be active any ideas

Does it happen with any version of CSP? How does 1.79 works? What about the older ones?
