Hi everybody,
Since a week, I have a new PC
Coolermaster - CM Storm Scout 2
Intel Core i7-3770K, 4x 3.50GHz
ASUS P8Z77-V, Intel Z77
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 780 3GB
8GB Kingston DDR3-1333 (2x 4GB)
1TB Seagate Barracuda
600W - Corsair GS Gaming Series
IIYAMA 27" 1920*1080 Prolite G2773HS/
Wheel: G27
Win7 64 bits
I noticed an anoynig noise coming from the power (600W Corsair GS Gaming Series)
I noticed that the noise is there when the number of FPS is high (400 FPS or more)
In the Nvidia control panel, when I choose Vsync "adaptiv", the noises disapear (I have then a max of 200 FPS and an average of 120 FPS, sometimes 75-80 FPS)
Paradoxaly, I have to say that the video quality is better with Vsynch adaptiv (max 120 FPS) compare to Vsynch out (400 FPS or +)
I made the test with the game Formula Truck
My question: are these noises normal? or should I give it back and let change the power supply "600W Corsair GS Gaming Series"? (it's under guarantee)
Is it a pity to to play with vsynch with a GTX 780?
Thanks a lot for your advices.
