No I don't know, I never look at poles to be honest with you ^^
As far as I remember, Lauda in his most dominant years with @Milos should be the guy to beat. Perhaps 13/15 poles or something like that XD
I looked it up actually,
10/15 in 1979 (Arrows had 13/15),
8/15 in 1981 (Arrows had 9/15).
Piquet also had 9/15 in 1984 (Arrows had 11/15).

But yeah I never looked at poles either these years. Just points and race wins.

edit: I also counted Senna's poles, right now you have 10/12, and so does Ferrari
