How can I increase the number of flashbacks in the race?

If you mean more than the 4 (max) available in the the game difficulty settings, then you will need a flashback mod installed.

Checkout the F1 2012 mod section.

Here's a quick search, there are probably many to choose from, but often they are part of another mod.

I have removed your link to another racing website's download section.

Why? - Because it strikes me that 90% of the F1 mods on that website were released and uploaded to the RaceDepartment originally. There is one particular user over there that seems to spend all his time downloading from here and uploading to there, with no credit given to the original modder(s).

So he can ...... ummmm ..... I really can't say
