flames flashing too much

kinda just getting into modding my own cars, stmbled upon this issue. whenever i redline, the flames are massive to the point where it just flashes the whole screen. can anyone point where im wrong at?

I'm not that much into modding, but your values seem to be a bit high. Usually cars have values for VSize like

VSIZE_START=0.1
VSIZE_END=0.075

Give it a shot.
