File SCN on GSC 2012

Hello guys,
I wonder why I can not find the files SCN on the tracks off the game?
There isn't, or is somewhere else, or changed the file extension? How it works in GSC?

Could someone answer me?

I believe it is encrypted in the exe to protect from track conversion to other games.
