Simple, click on download at the top right corner ( in red )

And copy and paste F122 folder in the .zip where your game is installed in your drive, you dont have to use Origin to install it, Origin is just there to start the game

If properly done, should say, do you wanna overwrite 51 files, click yes. Numer 51 is an example, i dunno how many files exactly will be replace
