Tracks FBX/KN5 to bin file

So I’ve been working on race track builder where the file saves as a .bin file in the folder. I import it to ks editor to create the kn5/fbx file. Now, for a different track that I have both kn5 and fbx file, I want to convert it to a .bin file to open on race track builder. Can anyone help with what to do?

It's just not possible, RTB is a higher-level editor and when you export it to fbx you lose all that information for good.
