F3 Skin Pack

Hi guys I'm gonna make a skin pack for the F3 Club events we have on Wednesday be better for live streaming and for the commentator to know who is who

if you have a skin send it to me Monday is the latest so I can get it ready for next Wednesday's race (1/3/2017)

Was wondering yesterday, are the liveries supposed to be generic to be used by all interested people or can they be personalized?

Will a skin make me faster? Or crash less? Can't hurt, right!

Of course I don't know how to make one. If anyone that likes making skins wouldn't mind helping me with a simple skin that would be great. Perhaps I could suggest a few somewhat simple designs or colors, and some logos etc, and you run free with it. I'm not too picky. Any help would be nice though
