F1 2020 Career Mod Rebalanced - All cars can now reach the same maxed performance + additional changes.

Career Mode Rebalanced
This mod aims to correct the career mod by allowing all types of upgrades to achieve the same maxed level by every team on the grid which was not possible in the base game. This includes the my team car which has been nerfed as a result of this mod where previously it could exceed the upgrade levels of all other teams by quite a lot.
