F1 2012 F1 2012 Installation Issue

Guys
I recently Formatted my PC and when i try to install the F1 2012 via Steam
It says "Missing App Configuration" Problem and Installation doesn't work at all
Do any one know how to get this problem Fixed
I tried the suggested Work around's like
1.Deleting Appinfo.vdf which was in the App cache folder
2.Refreshing Steam files
But the Problem still Persists. DO you guys know any other work around's

Do you use your own backup of the game, the installation disc or do you download fresh files from Steam?

I have a Installation Disc
Also no response from steam even after 48 hours of reporting.
