F1 2011 F1 2011 is restarting my PC

When I open the launcher of Razor and press Esc, the F1 2011 logo comes on the screen and after skipping the introduction of Codemasters by pressing Enter, my PC restarts!!!!
I am very pissed of by this game because last time it was running without problems on my laptop...

I again downloaded on my laptop again hoping that it will come but as soon as I open the launcher nothing happens!!

Please help by finding the solution of my PC problem or my laptop problem
