I think it may be along the lines of RD being commercial entity, and as such needs express permission. Tell you the truth, im only guessing, but I do know we can't use them. What we could do though is set our own server up, maybe Thursday/ Friday and have a blast round it

The error was because you have to remove one parent folder, because 2nd one is unnecessary.
