Extended controls and VRC: something is OFF

Hi guys,

Having downloaded the newest version (1.3) of the VRC F Alpha 2023, I encountered some problems.

The CSP version 1.79 will not work with this car: it won't go to the game, giving a pop-up message when I click "drive" in CM.
So, I updated. Then the "extended controls" app, says there is no ehhhh, well, thing for this app found and I can not assign anything.
It says to go back to CSP 1.79 and set the controls then and then update again.
Since this car won't go with 1.79, that will not work.

VRC themselves say you have to delete all older builds of the car, the setups and.....the "extended controls" app.
I did that, but well, you don't have the app itself anymore now do you?
And thus: I still can not assign anything!

So, any idea what I am doing wrong here?

REMOVE ALL PREVIOUS VERSIONS! This includes uninstalling the car(s), the extended controls app, and car setups. Otherwise, the most recent version of the car will cause problems in game.

To function,
the Formula Alpha 2023 requires Content Manager (CM) and Custom Shader Patch 0.2.2 (or above). In Content Manager please assign a button to "extra A" in order to start the ignition of the car. The "extra B" Button is going to fire up the engine.

In V1.3 the brake bias adjustment controls must be configured in the extended controls app.
