Error code on startup

I've been struggling pretty badly with constant race cancelled errors... i've tried downgrading csp versions as well as playing with weather fx turned off. Most of the error codes will show a tmainCRTStartup somewhere within it. Any help is appreciated, as no other threads on this issue has been resolved...
