just reinstall the mod after the integrity check... A integrity check just resets all the games files to a vanilla state

So, when i perform the integrity check, I get what the 2nd picture shows. Also, when i reinstalled the mod, after the check, the 1st picture shows what i get when I launched the game

yep thats what you should be seeing when doing the integrity check (Second picture). But, im really not sure why you are getting the 'EA account required' message. have you tried other mods, to see if you could sign in fine?
