Engine.ini tweak doesnt work.

Hey Guys,
I just tried to tweak my engine.ini file because of flickering Shadows at the the cars which are about 100-200m in front. I added a few lines of commands at the end of the file. ACC das now that it cannot start because there is an unknown file.

Please help
