If you don´t have the Braking Point DLC, you need to open de .psd project and with the Intel dds plugin ( https://software.intel.com/content/www/us/en/develop/articles/intel-texture-works-plugin.html ) and open the jb72_paint texture and export in .dds with de DX more recent compression.
