RIDE 4 Editing in-game sensitivity

Hello all. Apologies if this is a common question, but I wanted to dial the sensitivity of the games analog control. I'm trying to use a motorcycle controller to better simulate the experience, and if you even played this game with a racing wheel, you're well aware the game actually has a baked-in deadzone that you can't work around, meaning all of my inputs are delayed to their action. To my knowledge, the game does not allow you to change this outright. Recent Milestone games have allowed you to change these settings, but Ride 4 is not one that does. Looking up earlier posts for MotoGP with this same inquiry makes me believe the option is in one of the .pak files, but would anyone know how to open these and which file it's in?
