F1 2013 Edit F1 2013 scoring

Maybe someone can help me.I want to edit the scorings of F1 2013 into the classic scoring system e.g

1st 9 Points
2nd 6 Points...

but i don`t know where i can change the scoring.I found a file named score.xml but i don`t know if it is the right file and when it is , wich program i need to edit this file?
Can somebody help me?
